For Rent

All rentals are no smoking, no pets, and no groups.  There is an application process where past rental history, employment, and credit will be checked.   The application process is $40 perperson.  Rental availability can change on a daily basis.  Please call for up-to-date information and to schedule a showing at 540-879-2673.  Rental applications can be emailed to Sonya@MilsteadConstruction.com or delivered to the Milstead Construction office located at 4131 Lumber Mill Road, Dayton, VA 22821.
